Using a Treasure Map

Four friends and their sidekick create a SMART (Sidekick, Maya, Arthur, Rita, Tobias) adventuring team. Working together, each of the kids uses their unique skills--from creative thinking to math and numbers--to solve a pirate map mystery. Readers will learn map skills that support geography standards.While playing pirates, Arthur and his friends try to find treasure by following a hand-drawn map from his grandpa. Readers can practice their map skills by solving puzzles alongside the characters. Includes an answer key.
